Play Therapy
Children don’t process the world through words the way adults do. They communicate through movement, imagination, behavior, play, and relationship. When something feels overwhelming, confusing, or unsafe, it often shows up not as a sentence but as a meltdown, withdrawal, aggression, anxiety, or regression.

I offer play therapy as a developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approach for children who are struggling emotionally, behaviorally, or relationally. Through play, children are able to express experiences they don’t yet have the language for—and begin to feel understood, regulated, and safe.
